Business Analyst responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, modeling processes, and collaborating with product, development, QA, and other stakeholders in Agile/Scrum teams. The role supports requirement clarification, feature validation, risk and dependency identification, process improvements, and data-informed product decisions.

Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle APEX applications, REST APIs, reports, and database solutions. Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems, support data analysis, collaborate in cross-functional Agile teams, document technical work in Confluence, and track development tasks in JIRA.

Analyze business requirements and service requests for telecom applications and integrated IT systems. Gather stakeholder needs, translate them into technical requirements, assess impacts, identify affected application components, and collaborate with business and technical teams through implementation. Support Agile ceremonies, prioritize requirements, document software ecosystems, and manage requirements and tasks using JIRA and Confluence.
