Designs, builds, operates, and continuously improves a high-scale observability platform using ClickHouse, HyperDX, OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and DevOps automation. Responsibilities include telemetry pipeline engineering, ClickHouse optimization, production troubleshooting, CI/CD and infrastructure automation, incident response, capacity planning, operational standards, and mentoring. The role owns observability services end to end and partners with application, platform, SRE, and operations teams to improve reliability, visibility, and incident resolution.

Lead product strategy and execution for the Qualys ROC Marketplace. Define marketplace architecture, partner integrations, joint solutions, GTM and co-sell programs, and drive partner relationships to increase integrations, adoption, and partner-influenced revenue.

Manage post-sales technical relationships with US Federal customers: provide product/technical support, convey requirements to product and engineering, deliver technical sales presentations, identify new opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction across accounts.
