Supports the reliability, scalability, and performance of cloud-native production systems. Responsibilities include monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, Kubernetes and distributed data platform operations, observability, automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure support. The role works with Spark, Kafka, cloud platforms, Linux, and monitoring tools while creating scripts, dashboards, alerts, runbooks, and reliability improvements. On-call participation may be required.

Designs and maintains manual and automated tests for Salesforce applications, integrations, portals, and web systems. Responsibilities include creating test cases, analyzing requirements, executing tests, tracking defects, developing Selenium or Playwright automation suites, collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting Salesforce releases and continuous process improvement.

Manage financial accounting and reporting for multiple international entities, including month-end close, reconciliations, statutory audits, tax compliance, intercompany accounting, treasury support, and financial statement preparation. The role also supports ERP implementations, process improvements, internal controls, external auditors, tax advisors, and global finance stakeholders.
