Inside Our Work

Focus on finding solutions and employing passion

According to Quach, Qualtrics’ engineers are intentional about their tech stack. He said his team is mostly concerned with finding languages that offer solutions for specific problems. For job seekers, that means the types of scripts on their resumes matter less than they may think. “We’re interested in candidates who have strong fundamental programming knowledge with a love for learning and personal growth,” Quach said.

Enhancing human connection with AI

As the scale of business continues to grow, it is exceedingly difficult or arguably impossible to manage experiences with sheer manual human horsepower. In 2022, Qualtrics analyzed 2 billion conversations and 1.6 billion interactions on the XM platform with our AI tech. Many businesses rely on digital systems and large data repositories to automate this work. However, automation threatens to remove the personal touch that we crave. AI is helping us bring that humanness back into the picture by empowering the frontline and inspiring the back office with the information that they need in the ways that they need it delivered with less effort than ever before. Allowing them to do their best work even when they're resource-constrained.

Someone asked me what to look for in a company when considering joining. My answer was simple: culture and people. At Qualtrics, we take pride in our unique culture and the people that make it so special. Our company values are Transparency, All-In, Customer Obsessed, One Team, and Scrappy - or TACOS, as we like to call them.
