Create and manage social media content, articles, blog posts, ad copy, and campaign concepts. Engage communities across social platforms, identify audience-building opportunities in industry communities, monitor trends, and contribute fresh marketing ideas. The role also involves collaborating with AI architects to develop marketing and community outreach agents and using AI tools for drafting, research, and ideation.

Collects and analyzes domain context, requirements, business rules, and workflows from stakeholders. Produces validated documentation, identifies gaps and ambiguities, coordinates with developers and QA, tracks changes, facilitates working sessions, and ensures requirements remain accurate and actionable throughout software delivery. The role supports Agile/Scrum government engagements and requires compliance with Public Trust and government information-handling requirements.

Develop and maintain a production AI-enabled software platform in a federal/DoD environment. Investigate defects, troubleshoot application and system issues, perform root-cause analysis, implement and deploy fixes, support incidents and releases, and maintain technical documentation. Conduct quarterly AI model tuning by evaluating behavior, adjusting prompts and configurations, validating changes, monitoring regressions, and ensuring security, governance, traceability, and change-control compliance.
