Provide therapeutic activities and companionship to seniors in skilled nursing facilities, focusing on social, emotional, and behavioral well-being. Requires experience with Alzheimer’s patients, documentation (EHR), dependable transportation, and strong interpersonal skills. Prior CNA/STNA or social work experience preferred.
