Oversees watchmakers and technicians, provides technical guidance, reviews repair quality, trains staff, manages workloads and schedules, maintains documentation and calibrated tools, prepares customer estimates, and supports hiring and continuous improvement. The role requires meticulous craftsmanship, advanced watchmaking expertise, and adherence to manufacturer and company quality standards.

Diagnose, repair, restore, and maintain luxury and precision watches. Responsibilities include servicing mechanical movements, replacing components, performing accuracy and pressure tests, refinishing cases and bracelets, documenting repairs, preparing customer estimates, and maintaining calibrated tools. The role requires meticulous craftsmanship, advanced knowledge of luxury watch movements, strong diagnostic ability, and exceptional manual dexterity. This full-time position is based in a climate-controlled warehouse repair area and requires no travel.
