Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, sourcing applicants, conducting screenings and interviews, coordinating background checks and drug tests, creating job descriptions and interview materials, managing high-volume scheduling, and delivering onboarding and orientation programs. The recruiter will use recruiting and vendor management systems, support remote operations, and communicate fluently in English and Spanish.

Supports pharmaceutical manufacturing operations by troubleshooting and optimizing HVAC, utilities, equipment, and facility systems. Collaborates with manufacturing, maintenance, quality, validation, facilities, and EHS teams on system modifications, deviations, equipment qualification, process validation, procedures, training, and capital projects. Monitors manufacturing performance, provides technical guidance, analyzes operational results, and supports extended 12-hour shifts, weekends, and nonstandard operations.
