Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and project managers to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Develop policies, budgets, and standard design documents; supervise small engineering teams and serve as a peer-recognized technical specialist.

Design and optimize manufacturing processes, plant layouts, equipment installation, and production procedures. Inspect and troubleshoot machinery, perform root cause investigations, support process validation and computer/software validation activities, and apply statistical techniques to ensure product quality and process control. Provide technical and sustaining engineering support across cross-functional teams.
