Provide comprehensive primary care for pediatric and adult patients including triage, health evaluations, immunizations, diagnostics, emergency assistance, referrals, medication ordering per physician authorization, EMR documentation, participation in conferences/peer review, on-call rotation, and adherence to clinical protocols, OSHA/CLIA and public health guidelines.

Provide comprehensive primary pediatric care (birth to 21), perform assessments, develop management plans, supervise mid-level providers, participate in QA, CME, immunizations, and meet patient encounter targets and on-call/rotations.

Provide full-spectrum OB/GYN care including preventive, prenatal, postpartum, routine exams, diagnosis and treatment of womens health conditions; maintain patient records, participate in case conferences, quality assurance, community health education, telehealth visits, and continuing medical education.
