Manage full implementation lifecycle for small to mid-range behavioral health software projects. Own customer relationships, timelines, status reporting, resource planning, risk assessment, and cross-functional coordination to ensure delivery, adoption, and customer satisfaction. Provide standard project guidance and initial analyses, then transition implementations to support.

Provide front-line technical support for behavioral-health EHR SaaS customers across cases, phone, and live chat. Troubleshoot and resolve low-to-moderate complexity issues, document interactions, meet SLA/SLO and CSAT targets, reduce escalations, collaborate with peers and escalate appropriately while maintaining case hygiene.

Manage Workday Adaptive Planning as the finance product owner: administer models, security, integrations, and reporting. Improve budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and build dashboards, training, and enablement while partnering with FP&A and IT for data integrations and system upgrades.
