Configure, enroll, and maintain EDI clearinghouse integrations for EHR and RCM software customers. Co-facilitate concurrent RCM implementations, analyze billing workflows, configure systems, train clients, resolve inquiries, and communicate project updates. The role requires knowledge of EHR implementation principles, revenue cycle management, medical or behavioral healthcare billing, software configuration, and clearinghouse relationships, along with the ability to coordinate projects and delegate tasks.

Provide technical customer support for behavioral health software through cases, live chat, and phone. Research questions, troubleshoot issues, optimize software performance, manage customer concerns, and resolve low- to moderate-complexity requests while meeting productivity and SLA/SLO goals. Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and leadership, escalating issues appropriately and contributing to a collaborative, dependable support environment.
