Configure, enroll, and maintain EDI clearinghouse integrations for EHR and RCM software customers. Co-facilitate concurrent RCM implementations, analyze billing workflows, configure systems, train clients, resolve inquiries, and communicate project updates. The role requires knowledge of EHR implementation principles, revenue cycle management, medical or behavioral healthcare billing, software configuration, and clearinghouse relationships, along with the ability to coordinate projects and delegate tasks.

Designs, operates, and troubleshoots AWS and on-premises network infrastructure, including hybrid connectivity, datacenter networks, routing, firewalls, load balancers, CDN, WAF, and DNS. Supports migrations, maintenance windows, incident response, root-cause analysis, documentation, compliance, and new AWS initiatives. Coordinates with security teams, vendors, carriers, and AWS support. This is an onsite night-shift role in Vadodara, India.

Serves as the technical liaison between sales teams and prospective clients, designing and demonstrating EHR integration and security solutions. Leads discovery sessions, responds to RFPs and RFIs, creates technical documentation, supports proof-of-concept deployments, and partners with engineering, product, and implementation teams. The role focuses on HL7, FHIR, APIs, cloud infrastructure, security architecture, compliance, data governance, and client onboarding.
