Manage customer orders and production workflows from entry through delivery and billing. Create and maintain production schedules, track WIP, coordinate with production and sales, resolve bottlenecks, maintain data accuracy, support quoting/pricing, and generate operational reports to drive continuous improvement and timely delivery.

Supervise and enforce food safety, quality, and food defense programs on the production floor. Conduct GMP, sanitation, and internal audits; document non-conformances; support AIB and customer audits; lead root cause analysis and CAPAs; train production staff; monitor chemical and allergen control; maintain calibration, sanitation, and inspection records; support safety and social responsibility standards.
