Serve as the executional backbone for the CEO and startup team. Responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar and client calls, writing internal and external communications, coordinating recruiting events and onboarding, managing office needs, supporting marketing, operations, finance, and recruiting, and creating scalable processes in a fast-growing 0-to-1 environment.

Work as a full‑time engineer intern shipping product changes, fixing bugs, and building features. Depending on group, implement agent orchestration, scale sandboxed experiment environments, build UI (desktop/cloud), design APIs and integrations, and help deploy tools connecting agents to customer data.

Own a real research question to train models for open-ended scientific and computational research. Post-train models, design reward signals and RL loops, turn corpora into environments, and build evaluations and benchmarks to measure frontier models and internal models.
