Support the Community Manager with day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, leasing administration, maintenance coordination, rent collection, compliance tasks, and general administrative duties to maintain tenant satisfaction and property standards.

Lead and execute Bayview Village's marketing strategy and day-to-day activities, including budget management, marketing communications, events, social media, PR, tenant and community relations. Manage a Marketing Manager and external agencies, produce website and newsletter content, support leasing efforts, and report on results. Onsite 12-month contract role reporting to VP, National Marketing.

Manage accounting for development projects, maintain job-cost budgets and forecasts, process and code invoices, prepare monthly financial and GST reports, liaise with development teams, ensure timely payments and internal control compliance, and support transitions to income-producing properties.
