The role also manages staff development, operational improvements, property condition assessments, and long-term capital and sustainability planning.

Provides reception, administrative, accounting, tenant-service, records-management, purchasing, reporting, and office-support functions for a commercial property. Responsibilities include managing calls and visitors, coordinating deliveries and supplies, entering purchase orders and invoices in Yardi, supporting rent collection, maintaining tenant records, tracking property activity, assisting with safety administration, and supporting property management leadership.
