Manage end-to-end Canadian payroll for ~2,000 employees across provinces, ensuring compliance with CRA and provincial legislation. Process garnishments, retro pays, off-cycle and termination payments; prepare payroll journal entries, reconciliations, and GL postings. Maintain Workday payroll data, coordinate with vendors, support year-end T4s/ROEs, and drive process improvements, documentation, and Workday/AI-enabled automation initiatives.

Provide project coordination and administration support for capital projects, including procurement, permit assistance, document control, change order management, contractor and vendor coordination, tracking milestones, purchase orders (Yardi), and project close-out activities while communicating with stakeholders and ensuring accuracy of project documentation.
