Drive pipeline growth for Accounts Receivable solutions via inbound and outbound prospecting into upper mid‑market accounts. Qualify leads, engage multiple stakeholders, book discovery calls/demos, maintain CRM accuracy, meet activity and pipeline goals, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach.

Lead the CRM and customer engagement architecture vision and roadmap; design end-to-end solutions, oversee CRM transformation (Salesforce to Dynamics), establish governance and standards, translate journeys into platform requirements, drive automation/AI opportunities, and guide stakeholders through architecture reviews.

Responsible for designing and developing software solutions based on CXM offerings, collaborating with sales and clients to meet business requirements.
