Partners with global stakeholders to define measurement requirements, troubleshoot GA4 and GTM implementations, investigate anomalies, and communicate findings clearly.

Identify and secure locations for parcel locker installations by evaluating sites, building partnerships, negotiating agreements, and coordinating deployment. Manage host relationships before and after installation, monitor performance data, prepare reports, maintain Salesforce records, and support network expansion. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, presentation, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills across retail, logistics, real estate, or property management environments.

Leads Quadient’s global e-commerce business with full P&L ownership, driving revenue, customer acquisition, lifetime value, and digital-first transformation for SMB customers. Owns the e-commerce platform roadmap, analytics and reporting framework, AI-enabled personalization, conversion optimization, and integrations with enterprise systems. Partners across Sales, Marketing, IT, R&D, and Finance while building and developing a high-performing team.
