Provide Level 2, client-facing technical support for networking, security, systems, virtualization and cloud/hybrid environments. Own tickets end-to-end, troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, servers, storage, backups, Microsoft 365 and Azure issues, contribute documentation, mentor juniors, follow ITSM practices, and participate in on-call rotation.

Design, deliver, and continuously improve scalable, AI-first sales enablement and development programs. Own onboarding, curriculum, LMS/content platform, training, coaching, and measurement. Partner with Sales Leadership, manage external and academic partnerships, facilitate workshops, and use data to drive ramp time, quota attainment, and solution-oriented selling focused on AI, automation, and managed services.

Designs and leads end-to-end Microsoft 365 and Azure modernizations: identity, security, collaboration, migrations and landing zones. Advises clients, drives adoption and governance, prepares environments for Copilot/AI, and hands off to operations.
