Provide first-line remote technical support to clients through phone, email, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, networking, Windows, Microsoft 365, and business applications. Perform account administration, monitor systems using RMM tools, document work in PSA platforms, meet SLA targets, escalate issues, and support user onboarding and offboarding across multiple client environments.

Provides Level 3 escalation support for complex Microsoft Modern Work, cloud, identity, endpoint, security, data, and AI issues. Responsibilities include root cause analysis, tenant administration, Intune and Defender management, migrations, AI agent creation, governance, client communication, mentoring technicians, documentation, incident management, and continuous service improvement in a managed services environment.

The AI Business Analyst gathers business needs, translates them into AI and automation requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and supports implementation through delivery. Responsibilities include facilitating discovery workshops, prioritizing the AI backlog, defining success metrics, supporting UAT and change management, and maintaining use-case inventories. The role collaborates with AI architects, application developers, data engineers, stakeholders, and AI Champions to ensure solutions address business needs and achieve adoption.
