Own onboarding/offboarding, monthly invoicing and forecasting, service operations coordination, Quarterly Service Reviews, health monitoring, and process improvement. Coordinate across Service Desk, delivery, Finance and Sales to ensure billing accuracy, service consistency, and timely escalation of risks or expansion opportunities.
