Work on production support for EDI systems: create and execute test plans for UI and executable programs, test APIs, report and track defects, collaborate with developers and business stakeholders, perform regression testing for monthly releases, and document results.

Serve as primary marketing contact for Laboratory Billing & Revenue Cycle Services. Coordinate annual marketing calendar, execute integrated campaigns, create content (blogs, case studies, newsletters, webinars), support sales with collateral and proposals, and manage event planning and post-event engagement to drive lead generation and customer engagement.

Provide general clerical support including photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, phone calls, data entry, preparing correspondence and worksheets, classifying medical documents, and completing ad-hoc projects as assigned.
