Design, build, and integrate ServiceNow-based workflows and automations for Identity and Access Management. Develop APIs, orchestrations, and service catalogs; integrate disparate systems (AD, Azure AD); document processes; train stakeholders; and partner with vendors to improve security and automation around access provisioning.

Manage construction budgets from project start to completion, validate and track change orders, reconcile pay applications and cash flows, coordinate with project teams, vendors, finance, and auditors, lead third-party cost reviews, and mentor internal cost engineers.

Lead and manage a network engineering team to design, implement, and maintain ISP-scale network infrastructure. Oversee performance monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, security compliance, vendor relationships, and mentor engineers while driving strategic initiatives and innovation.
