Leads QTS financing and capital markets activities, including complex transaction execution, liquidity forecasting, financial modeling, capital allocation, and financing compliance. Develops long-term financial strategy and supports M&A, expansion, valuation, competitive research, executive reporting, and Board materials. Partners with banking institutions, Blackstone, internal departments, and executive leadership while managing the company’s capital structure and presenting strategic financial analyses.

Leads enterprise acoustical engineering standards and noise and vibration control strategies for data center development projects. Reviews designs, studies, models, equipment specifications, permits, and consultant deliverables; coordinates with engineering, procurement, construction, operations, legal, regulators, and communities; approves mitigation approaches; supports commissioning and field issue resolution; and drives technical governance, compliance, reliability, and lifecycle performance across the project portfolio.

Provision, deploy, operate, and maintain managed network services for customers and internal users. Troubleshoot routing, switching, VPN, firewall, DNS, optical, DDoS mitigation, and network security issues across Cisco platforms. Manage escalated support tickets, maintain SLA compliance, perform firewall rule changes, configure network devices, and support a 24/7 operations center. Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders while continuously improving network reliability, scalability, security, and automation.
