Teams at QTS Data Centers

Leads Q-Systems technology design, pre-construction, construction, commissioning, budgets, schedules, and master planning across multiple data center campuses. Coordinates contractors, consultants, engineers, vendors, commissioning agents, and operations teams. Ensures systems comply with standards and design documents, resolves schedule obstacles, evaluates proposals, manages stakeholder relationships, and delivers integrated BMS controls, DCIM, security, and telecom systems within established time, budget, and quality targets.

Plans, coordinates, and delivers complex internal IT infrastructure projects within scope, schedule, and budget. Works with systems and network engineering teams on technical discovery, project plans, dependencies, resources, risks, and deliverables. Manages multiple concurrent workstreams, communicates status and escalations to senior leadership, facilitates stakeholder collaboration, and improves internal processes and documentation. The role requires advanced knowledge of data center environments and infrastructure technologies, including networking, servers, storage, firewalls, and virtualization.

Leads Q-Systems technology projects across data center campuses, including BMS controls, DCIM, security, and telecom design, pre-construction, construction, commissioning, budgets, schedules, and implementation. Coordinates consultants, contractors, vendors, commissioning agents, and internal teams; ensures compliance with system standards and design documents; manages master plans, pricing, risks, and project reporting. Requires frequent stakeholder communication, multiple-project management, and travel up to 50%.
