Teams at QTS Data Centers

Leads strategic sourcing and category management across direct and indirect spend, including supplier selection, RFPs, negotiations, contract management, spend analysis, cost optimization, and procurement governance. Develops long-range sourcing strategies, manages supplier performance and compliance, coordinates facilities purchasing across data centers, and collaborates with stakeholders to implement complex sourcing initiatives and system improvements.

Manage QTS’s domestic and international legal entity portfolio, corporate governance, secretary activities, records, compliance calendars, organizational charts, and entity management systems. Support transactions, restructurings, financings, KYC/AML and beneficial ownership requirements, registered agent relationships, and SAM.gov maintenance. Develop governance workflows and controls, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, research complex issues, maintain audit-ready records, and mentor legal and business professionals.

Leads QTS’s European government relations and public policy strategy across the EU, UK, and regional jurisdictions. Advocates before policymakers and regulators, interprets legislation affecting digital infrastructure, and advises executives on policy risks and opportunities. Develops policy positions, coordinates trade association and coalition engagement, manages external advisors, supports data center development, and ensures compliance with lobbying, transparency, and ethics requirements. Partners cross-functionally with Legal, Energy, Development, Finance, and Economic Development teams.
