Support the VP, Capital Markets in financing and liquidity activities: build underwriting and integrated financial models, prepare investor presentations, manage transaction processes and due diligence, engage lenders/investors, and synthesize large data sets to support capital raising and long-term financial strategy.

Lead economic development activities across Texas and the Southwest, managing site selection, stakeholder engagement, and execution for multiple projects. Negotiate economic development packages, structure community-benefit agreements, advise deal teams on social ROI, and cultivate government and community relationships to advance QTS' strategic objectives.

Plans, manages, and delivers internal IT infrastructure projects on time and within budget. Coordinates systems, network engineering, data center, and cross-functional teams; develops project plans, dependencies, deliverables, and timelines; manages risks, changes, resources, and escalations; reports status to senior leadership; and improves internal processes and documentation.
