Teams at QTS Data Centers

Provide Tier-1 remote desktop and business systems support across Windows, macOS, iOS, network connectivity, peripherals, IP phones, and core apps. Triage and document incidents in ServiceNow, escalate to Tier-2 when needed, contribute to knowledgebase, and participate in shift-based support for 24/7 operations.

Primary technical resource for hyperscale sales: design complex colocation/hosting solutions, present demos and proposals, answer technical and business questions, respond to RFPs, and coordinate requirements with operations to deliver contractual and service documentation.

Support project and finance teams by managing construction contract setup, billing compliance, change orders, and monthly pay applications using QTS systems, e-Builder, and Workday. Facilitate contractor onboarding, collaborate with project and accounting stakeholders, track budgets and payments, and ensure contract closeout and proper documentation filing.
