Provide field-based technical support for operational technology infrastructure at port terminals. Maintain industrial networks, computers, switches, fiber and Wi-Fi communications, VLANs, routing, firewalls, surveillance systems, and industrial control infrastructure. Collaborate with maintenance, operations, automation, and exploitation teams in ICS/SCADA environments. Responsibilities also include equipment configuration, troubleshooting, asset inventory, technical documentation, lifecycle planning, and deployment of new technology solutions.

Supports port terminal administration and logistics by preparing production and performance reports, documenting services and resources for contract-based billing, updating training and labor-hour records, assisting with customer billing communications, and improving administrative processes. The role requires strong Excel and Office skills, attention to detail, customer orientation, and fluency in French with intermediate English.

Produces and verifies payroll for employees across five Canadian provinces. Responsibilities include maintaining payroll data, validating timesheets, administering deductions and benefits, applying leave and overtime policies, coordinating corrections, and completing year-end reporting such as T4s, Relevé 1 forms, summaries, and CSST documents. The role is remote with monthly attendance required at the Quebec City headquarters.
