Performs bank reconciliations, bookkeeping, financial transaction processing, foreign-currency operations, monthly adjustments and consolidations, and supports financial statement preparation. Maintains financial documents, sales reports, invoices, and administrative records while providing follow-up with clients and maritime partners. Requires accounting or administration training, strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, financial-data accuracy, advanced written and spoken English, and preferably experience with accounting software or ERP systems.

Maintains financial, sales, invoice, and administrative documents while providing follow-up with clients and maritime partners. Requires accounting or administration training, advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills, financial data accuracy, advanced spoken and written English, and preferably experience with accounting software or an ERP system.

Performs industrial cleaning and operational support at a maritime terminal. Responsibilities include pressure washing, operating mechanical sweepers and tanker trucks, snow removal, covering stored cargo, and cleaning work areas, machinery, and industrial equipment. The role requires outdoor work, comfort working at heights, variable schedules including nights and weekends, and a valid Class 5 driver's license. Class 3 is an asset, and strict adherence to workplace health and safety is expected.
