Provides clerical and administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruiting administration, offer letters, background checks, onboarding, I-9 and E-Verify processing, HRIS data entry, personnel records, offboarding, and front-desk duties. Coordinates orientation, access, purchasing, and office support while maintaining confidential employee records and ensuring compliance with employment documentation requirements.

Administer and develop QuickBase applications, including database security, user accounts, data models, application architecture, integrations, interfaces, and permissions. Provide technical support, user training, troubleshooting, and assistance with platform feature development and implementation.

Leads accounts payable operations, including month-end close, accruals, vendor master maintenance, purchase orders, invoice processing, payment inquiries, reconciliations, reporting, and cost analysis. Mentors staff, improves AP processes and service levels, manages documentation, and supports office purchasing, shipping, and mail activities. This is a fully home-office-based role requiring accounting or finance knowledge and experience with high-volume, complex invoices.
