Lead the development and market launch of quantum transducer technologies. Manage cross-functional teams, develop product roadmaps, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Provide day-to-day executive support to CEO and CTO: manage complex diaries, schedule and coordinate meetings, arrange national/international travel, prepare agendas/presentations, maintain contact databases, support recruitment scheduling, take minutes, and handle confidential tasks professionally.

Define product performance requirements, design and run experiments to validate microwave-to-optics transducers and optical interconnects, analyze and present results, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
