The Deployment Engineer manages the technical implementation of the Linewize ecosystem in schools, ensuring high-quality deployments and guiding clients through onboarding processes.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Operations for UK/EMEA: maintain and analyze operational data, document and improve processes, liaise with global teams, support project coordination and stakeholder communications, and identify opportunities for workflow automation.

Monitor students' online activity to identify safeguarding risks, assess keystrokes and screenshots, notify Designated Safeguarding Leads for critical issues, meet response SLAs, escalate complex/high-risk captures, and share trend feedback with the team.
