Design and deliver high-quality digital assets (websites, landing pages, emails, social, paid campaigns) that translate brand strategy into responsive, accessible, conversion-focused experiences. Maintain and evolve design systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, present design decisions, and improve workflows and brand quality.

Manage a portfolio of existing customers to retain and grow ARR by building trusted relationships, driving product adoption, reducing churn, and executing upsell/cross-sell using data-driven outreach, training, and CRM tracking.

Lead two engineering squads building the Monitor product: a safety-lead dashboard and a client-side device application. Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery, drive architecture and technical strategy, mentor engineers, and partner with Product to scale systems and integrate AI tooling.
