Operate and improve scalable, secure cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP), manage Kubernetes/EKS with Helm and ArgoCD, implement IaC (Terraform/Puppet/Ansible/CDK), automate with Python/Bash, run messaging/caching systems, support CI/CD and observability, handle incidents and root-cause analysis, and collaborate closely with engineering/product teams in English and Spanish.

Design and deliver high-quality digital assets (websites, landing pages, emails, social, paid campaigns) that translate brand strategy into responsive, accessible, conversion-focused experiences. Maintain and evolve design systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, present design decisions, and improve workflows and brand quality.

Lead two engineering squads building the Monitor product: a safety-lead dashboard and a client-side device application. Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery, drive architecture and technical strategy, mentor engineers, and partner with Product to scale systems and integrate AI tooling.
