Plan and deliver pop-ups, retailer showcases, launch events, sampling programs, marketing materials, and brand activations. Manage agencies, vendors, budgets, and brand partnerships while coordinating with commercial, buyer, account management, and growth teams. Measure sell-through and order uplift, develop repeatable playbooks, and connect marketing activity to commercial results.
