Serve as a trusted, client-facing data engineering lead for MSP customers: design, maintain and monitor automated ETL/ELT data pipelines and data infrastructure on GCP, troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, maintain data models for analytics, implement best practices, document managed-service processes, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate quarterly customer reviews and implementations.

Leads software engineering initiatives on Google Cloud Platform, combining hands-on architecture, design, coding, and code review with team leadership. Owns complex client engagements, manages delivery timelines and resources, establishes security best practices, and provides technical thought leadership. Develops and mentors a team of approximately eight developers through coaching, performance management, skill development, and change leadership while maintaining strong client relationships.
