Lead hands-on Google Cloud SecOps engagements: deploy and configure SIEM/SOAR, build parsers and YARA-L detections, design SOAR playbooks and integrations, secure GCP foundations and CI/CD, operationalise threat intelligence, run threat hunting, and mentor practice growth and pre-sales activities.

Manage complex customer accounts, overdue debt, escalations, reconciliations, invoicing, payment allocation, credit assessments, cash forecasting, and direct debit processes. Lead and coach the credit control team, monitor performance, reduce DSO, improve billing accuracy, document procedures, and drive cross-functional process improvements. The role includes customer engagement, senior stakeholder communication, and reporting to the Financial Controller.

Monitor, investigate, and respond to security events and incidents for MSSP customers. Responsibilities include incident triage, threat analysis, containment, log analysis, threat hunting, detection-rule optimization, vulnerability assessment, incident documentation, stakeholder communication, and on-call incident response. The role requires knowledge of enterprise security technologies, operating systems, cloud services, attack techniques, and security monitoring tools.
