Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analyses, reconciliations, journals, depreciation, and financial reporting across global entities and currencies. Manage overhead costs, invoicing, customer debt-collection relationships, audit support, systems improvements, and ad hoc finance projects. The role requires strong analytical ability, numerical accuracy, communication, and knowledge of accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.

Own Salesforce administration and development for the commercial organization, including data modeling, complex Flow automation, API integrations, security, metadata governance, reporting, and dashboards. Maintain integrations with HubSpot, DealHub, and potentially NetSuite. Translate Sales, Marketing, and Finance requirements into technical specifications, manage the improvement backlog, troubleshoot integration health, and improve data quality through validation, deduplication, and field hygiene.

Owns monthly management accounts, revenue recognition, variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, journals, commissions, invoicing, and year-end audit support across multiple global entities and currencies. The role improves month-end processes, supports finance systems and ad hoc projects, and provides technical oversight to an Assistant Management Accountant.
