Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, manage inventory, warehousing and transportation, process procurement and purchase orders, negotiate with vendors, and implement efficient supply chain practices to ensure timely supply of raw materials, components, and finished goods.

Lead daily manufacturing operations, supervise and develop production teams, create and execute production schedules, optimize equipment utilization, troubleshoot issues, drive continuous improvement for safety, quality, cost and throughput, analyze production metrics, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance.

Serve as the site point of contact for onboarding, training coordination, LMS/time & attendance/MOC system administration, learning communications, audit-ready training records, and workforce transitions to support site capability and compliance.
