Develops new business within an assigned territory through prospecting, lead generation, customer relationship building, product evaluations, sales presentations, and pipeline management. The role uses Salesforce, market research, industry networks, and customer visits to identify opportunities in advanced electronics and high-tech markets. It partners with technical teams, tracks territory performance, represents the company at industry events, and develops toward future territory or strategic account management roles.

Supports daily research laboratory and pilot-facility operations, including experiments, chemical preparation, blending, packaging, coating, sample preparation, testing, measurement, and equipment maintenance. Helps scale laboratory processes into manufacturing, troubleshoots new-product-development issues, manages raw materials and chemicals, and leads laboratory improvement projects after obtaining Six Sigma certification. Requires engineering or science education, strong communication, teamwork, diligence, willingness to learn, and availability for multiple shifts.
