Lead formulation and process development for thermal interface and related materials: plan and execute experiments (DOE), prototype and validate performance, collaborate cross-functionally to commercialize products, troubleshoot, mentor team members, and ensure EHS, IP, and regulatory compliance.

Develop and scale product processes from lab to high-volume manufacturing. Conduct lab experiments, data analysis, DOE, FMEA and root-cause investigations. Collaborate with R&D, quality, manufacturing, and customers to stabilize quality and supply of lithography products and prioritize improvement projects. Provide technical direction and process capability for manufacturing operations.

Lead formulation and scale-up of wet cleans and CMP slurries for advanced semiconductor nodes. Design DOE, screen functional components, optimize CMP and cleaning processes, perform analytical characterization, support pre-HVM verification and manufacturing transfer, and collaborate with fabs and suppliers to reduce defects and enable high yield.
