Own a product area end to end, leading customer discovery, market and competitive research, AI-enabled product workflows, roadmap strategy, cross-functional execution, KPI measurement, experimentation, and iterative delivery. The role partners with engineering, design, data, restaurant operators, and business stakeholders to build payment products and drive growth across markets.

Own and scale B2B paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn. Lead creative strategy, media buying, funnel and CRO optimization, attribution, tracking, reporting, and sales handoff processes. Manage $100K+ monthly ad spend, build qualified pipeline, and hire and lead performance marketing staff and external partners.

Build and operate loyalty features across frontend, backend, and databases. Design data models and migrations, integrate third-party loyalty providers, and improve reliability, security, observability, and performance. The role requires daily use of AI coding agents, ownership from design through production, code reviews, technical design, and Agile Scrum collaboration.
