Own security compliance, ISMS activities, audits, certifications, customer security assessments, policies, risk assessments, and control documentation. Support security operations, SIEM/EDR monitoring, threat detection, incident investigations, cloud security, vulnerability management, application security, DevSecOps, penetration testing, and automation across ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and regulatory requirements.

Lead onboarding for new food and beverage merchants, coordinate training, support merchant relationships and platform usage, monitor integrations, report on usage, provide product feedback, conduct research, and assist with administrative tasks for the Merchant Success and Operations team.

Conducts user, market, and competitive research for qlub’s SoftPOS product. The intern will engage merchants, restaurant staff, and diners; identify product pain points and gaps; benchmark competitors; and translate findings into structured insights and recommendations supporting the product revamp and UX direction.
