Leads physical laboratory testing for toys and hardlines in Ho Chi Minh City. Responsibilities include implementing ISO 17025 systems, managing laboratory workflows and resources, monitoring technical compliance, developing testing methods, resolving technical issues, training staff and clients, reviewing data, approving test reports, and escalating resource needs. The role requires strong knowledge of mechanical testing standards, laboratory supervision, leadership, and bilingual English-Vietnamese communication.

Develop new business opportunities across India and APAC, build and manage a portfolio of manufacturing clients, nurture prospects, communicate testing and certification services, negotiate and close deals, and expand existing client relationships through additional services and platform adoption.

Supports recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee orientation, payroll and benefits data, employee events, HR reporting, and other assigned HR tasks. The role supports multiple HR functions and requires strong communication, English reading and writing skills, attention to detail, initiative, and learning ability.
