Lead the vision, strategy, discovery, roadmap, and delivery for a unified client portal across divisions. Conduct user research, build cross-functional partnerships, design scalable modular experiences, embed AI-driven capabilities, define success metrics, and deliver iterative value that improves conversion, cross-sell, and client insights.

Support the Key Accounts team by automating KPI trackers, reviewing audit reports, improving workflows, and coordinating with internal teams. Implement and measure KPIs, identify non-conformities, and promote AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and service delivery.
