Deliver demos, training, PoC studies, onboarding, workflow optimization, and troubleshooting for PCR, digital PCR, NGS, automation and related instruments. Collaborate with sales, distributors, and technical teams to drive adoption and customer success.

Lead global spare parts and consumables processes for Field Service, standardizing and optimizing end-to-end lifecycle from demand planning to SAP billing. Collaborate with global stakeholders to align systems and data, define KPIs and analytics, drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance and audit readiness, and act as subject-matter expert and backup for an additional GSS area to maintain business continuity.

Manage and grow life-sciences accounts across Denmark by building relationships, identifying new business, meeting sales targets through consultative on-site selling, maintaining CRM data, representing QIAGEN at events, collaborating with technical teams, and acting as a product subject-matter advocate.
