Owns the full lifecycle of injection-molded plastic components from development through serial production. Responsibilities include tool qualification and validation, sample inspection coordination, regulated change and deviation management, technology transfer, CAD drawing updates, and technical project leadership with international suppliers. The role requires expertise in plastics processing, tooling, industrialization, and production launch within a regulated environment, with international travel primarily across Europe and North America.

Serves as the technical interface between QIAGEN and injection-molded plastics suppliers. Responsibilities include resolving manufacturing and quality issues, leading root-cause investigations and CAPA, improving inspection and acceptance criteria, aligning supplier capacity with demand, and driving continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives.

Supports end-to-end accounts receivable for North America, including monitoring balances, collections, billing dispute resolution, payment reminders, credit checks, order release approvals, reporting, compliance, and process improvement. The role requires collaboration with customers, Sales, Distribution, and internal stakeholders. This is a six-month onsite contractor position in Taguig with a night-shift schedule.
