Responsibilities include user research with SOC experts, designing trustworthy AI workflows, clarifying dense security data, creating prototypes in code, and contributing to the design system. The role partners closely with product and engineering teams to deliver complex B2B SaaS experiences for security professionals.

Own revenue forecasting, sales capacity planning, compensation plans, commission operations, deal desk processes, territories, and partner crediting across EMEA, the US, and MSSP channels. Improve HubSpot, manage GTM engineering priorities, and support future hiring. The role requires hands-on RevOps expertise in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, including enterprise sales forecasting, sales compensation, systems management, and contractor or technical operations leadership.
