Own technical health, escalations, root-cause analysis, and proactive technical strategy for strategic enterprise accounts. Conduct health checks, usage audits, and automation reviews; translate customer pain points and production data into Product and Engineering feedback; build scalable internal tooling and processes; and support renewals and expansions alongside Customer Success. The role requires cybersecurity operations expertise, data-driven optimization, partner enablement, executive communication, and the ability to advise customers on AI-powered security solutions.

Own the French enterprise territory, generate pipeline, manage complex cybersecurity SaaS sales cycles, run executive demos and technical validations with Sales Engineers, co-sell with channel partners, negotiate six- to seven-figure contracts, forecast accurately, and provide market feedback. Requires proven enterprise quota attainment, cybersecurity or AI infrastructure sales experience, French-market relationships, structured sales methodology expertise, and fluent French and English.

The Product Marketing Director will own Qevlar’s positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, product launches, competitive intelligence, analyst relations, and sales enablement. The role requires translating AI-powered cybersecurity technology into credible narratives for technical and executive audiences, partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success, and supporting demos, onboarding, retention, and customer advocacy. This hands-on leadership role will eventually build and manage a product marketing team.
