Manage daily office operations, including supplies, procurement, vendors, logistics, access control, invoices, and payments. Provide executive calendar and coordination support, assist with onboarding, offboarding, hiring logistics, and employee support, and organize company events. The role requires strong organization, communication, ownership, problem-solving, teamwork, fluent English, and the ability to learn digital systems quickly.

Develop production-quality software for complex algorithms and quantum computing applications. Own components end to end, including architecture, implementation, testing, optimization, scalability, and productionization. Collaborate with quantum physicists and researchers to transform prototypes and mathematical concepts into robust, maintainable systems supporting research and core products.

Lead quantum applications research in Japan, focusing on error-reduction technologies and driving customer adoption through strategic collaborations and mentorship of the research team.
