Provides acquisition management and program management support for DoD intelligence systems and analytics programs. Develops and maintains acquisition strategies, baselines, test and evaluation plans, systems engineering plans, sustainment plans, and milestone documentation. Analyzes cost, schedule, performance, risk, technical, and lifecycle data to support program decisions. Coordinates with product teams, engineering, testing, logistics, and other stakeholders throughout the acquisition lifecycle.

Plans and executes functional, regression, integration, system, cyber survivability, performance, and security testing for mission-critical Army software systems. Develops test strategies, plans, cases, scripts, traceability matrices, and reports; manages defects; supports automated testing, test environments, data preparation, and release decisions. Coordinates testing across engineering, program management, vendors, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with DoD acquisition and testing policies.

Manage logistics throughout product life cycles for defense systems, including fielding, maintenance planning, repair analysis, provisioning, technical documentation, readiness reporting, test equipment recommendations, and obsolescence management. The role supports PM PNT at Aberdeen Proving Ground and requires coordination with engineering personnel, OEMs, military sites, warehouses, and field environments. Travel of 25% or more is expected.
