Build and automate internal tools and services to operate Qdrant Cloud at scale. Develop platform components in Go and Python, improve Kubernetes automation, provisioning, reliability, scalability, and observability. Collaborate on architecture, participate in incident response, and reduce manual operational toil through automation.

Lead and scale a distributed engineering organization building Qdrant's cloud platform and core engine. Own product delivery, reliability, security, observability, hiring, and architecture decisions while aligning engineering with product, GTM, and developer community needs.

Design and evolve core cloud platform services, control-plane components, and internal APIs. Build platform abstractions, drive architectural initiatives (gRPC migration, eventing), write production-grade Go code, improve scalability and developer experience, and support production systems and incident response when needed.
