Teams at Qdrant

Build backend services and APIs to manage lifecycle of Qdrant Cloud clusters (provisioning, scaling, upgrades, backups, auth). Collaborate across teams, investigate production issues, and improve reliability, scalability, and usability of the cloud platform.

Own post-sale technical success for strategic accounts: coordinate Solutions Architects, FDEs and Support; drive adoption of vector search, RAG and agentic AI; run architecture reviews and health checks; manage stakeholder alignment and project delivery; escalate critical issues; feed product/engineering with customer insights and evangelize best practices.

Design and implement core cloud platform services, control-plane components, and internal APIs. Build platform abstractions and production-grade Go tooling, drive architectural initiatives (gRPC, eventing, cluster-api), improve scalability and developer experience, and support production incidents when needed.
