Teams at QDI Surfaces

Manages outside sales activities by identifying prospective customers, cold calling, responding to RFPs, preparing proposals, developing accounts, and maintaining customer relationships after contract signing. Conducts store visits, supports customer satisfaction, demonstrates product knowledge, sets up showroom displays, and delivers product samples. Flooring industry experience is a plus, while sales experience and B2B experience are preferred.

Supports branch operations, showroom sales, order processing, inventory coordination, and customer service for contractors, builders, designers, and trade customers. Conducts outside sales visits, follows up on leads, supports quoting and sample distribution, tracks back orders, coordinates fulfillment, promotes products, and logs sales activity in Salesforce. Maintains showroom readiness, assists with events, and builds customer relationships while ensuring accurate and timely branch operations.
