Build relationships with engineering, operations, and purchasing stakeholders, collaborate with internal engineering and sales teams, maintain pipeline in CRM, and travel frequently to support customers and identify opportunities.

Assemble conveyor components on a factory shop floor, follow blueprints, bills of materials, and work instructions, maintain safety procedures, handle materials (up to 50 lbs), collaborate with team members, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
