The Risk and Audit Manager - Claims oversees risk management and compliance activities, ensuring effective assessment and tracking of operational risks and contractual obligations within the Claims department. They lead audits, produce evidence-based reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to influence outcomes and improve controls.

Lead GSSC and country policy administration operations, manage teams (including offshore), deliver SLAs, drive automation and process improvements, oversee UAT and system mapping, control costs and assets, ensure regulatory and operational compliance, and report on risks and KPIs.

Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to senior management and their teams, ensuring effective communication and smooth operations.
