Lead financial planning, analysis, reporting and governance for the Sales & Customer portfolio. Aggregate and review business unit results, deliver insights and commentary, build and evaluate budgets, forecasts and financial models, ensure P&L and balance sheet compliance, collaborate with stakeholders, and lead and mentor a small finance team to support decision-making.

Provide HR and wellbeing support for Jetstar pilots: advise leaders on attendance, fitness for work, investigations and grievances; analyse workforce data; design wellbeing and performance initiatives; partner with stakeholders to resolve workforce issues and support continuous improvement across the pilot network.

Lead end-to-end experience design for booking and post-booking journeys; manage and mentor designers; define design systems and accessibility standards; embed evidence-led practices (prototyping, usability testing, A/B experimentation, AI-assisted workflows) to drive conversion, self-service and measurable customer and business outcomes.
