Lead global proactive sourcing for hard-to-fill technical roles across software engineering, quantum computing, and quantum sensing. Build talent communities, identify and engage passive candidates, map global talent markets, provide hiring intelligence, advise hiring managers, and support employer branding and recruiting events.

Conduct research and develop runtime calibration methods for superconducting quantum hardware, focusing on two-qubit gates, processor optimization, crosstalk mitigation, leakage reduction, and low-latency FPGA control. Collaborate with research, product, and engineering teams to translate quantum control advances into production software and communicate findings clearly.

Design, build, test, and document Python APIs, microservices, and client packages for quantum software products. Improve distributed-system reliability, performance, and security; use AI coding tools responsibly; review code; translate product requirements into tested software; and mentor teammates. The role requires strong web API development, authentication, testing, communication, and collaboration skills in a fast-moving scaleup environment.
