Set up, refresh, tear down and maintain meeting and banquet spaces for events. Ensure timely Banquet Event Order setup including audio-visual, maintain cleanliness and sanitation, transport and store tables/chairs/equipment, perform heavy lifting, and work evenings/weekends on an on-call/as-needed schedule.

Lead and oversee conference planning operations, ensuring event execution excellence, client satisfaction, SOP compliance, budget accuracy, and team development. Maintain event documentation in Delphi/Opera and coordinate cross-departmentally for seamless onsite delivery of complex programs.

Lead total rewards, benefits, leave, and compensation programs; run open enrollment; ensure compliance with employment and benefits laws; coach HR team; drive engagement, retention, and HR process improvements; analyze workforce and cost data to inform leadership and optimize programs.
