Supports the hospitality sales team by managing leads, proposals, contracts, client communication, site tours, event details, and sales records. Coordinates smaller events, assists with larger events, prepares sales materials, tracks bookings and revenue, and collaborates with Food & Beverage, Operations, Hotel, Marketing, and Entertainment teams. The role also supports trade shows, networking events, and sales meetings while providing responsive customer service and maintaining accurate records.

Generates group, event, catering, and hotel business for Q Casino + Resort and affiliated properties. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship development, proposals, contracts, event and room-night sales, upselling, client follow-up, pipeline management, and coordination with hotel, food and beverage, marketing, casino, and operations teams. Success is measured by revenue generation, new business, event performance, room nights, repeat business, and client satisfaction.

Maintains relationships with high-value casino players, promotes return visits, manages player profiles and comp balances, resolves guest issues, supports VIP events, communicates promotions, and reports player feedback. The role requires strong customer service, sales, communication, recordkeeping, compliance, and casino relationship-management skills. It involves frequent floor visibility, nontraditional schedules, and occasional off-property functions.

Leads table games operations by assigning dealers, supervising staff, supporting training, ensuring game integrity and asset protection, resolving disputes, completing fill and credit transactions, and maintaining compliance with IRGC regulations and Title 31. Provides customer service, administers discipline, and coordinates with other departments. Requires availability for irregular schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and extended periods of standing.

Performs budgeting and financial analysis to support organizational planning and financial performance. Prepares budgets, forecasts, financial models, dashboards, and variance analyses; monitors revenues and expenditures; identifies risks, trends, efficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities; collaborates with department leaders and accounting staff; and presents recommendations and financial updates to leadership.
