Own customer-facing product development for Clara by supporting live accounts, translating stakeholder needs into product improvements, and shipping customer-specific changes. Build and modify conversational AI strategies, tune prompts and call flows, support onboarding and EHR integration discovery, coordinate go-lives, troubleshoot issues, and improve internal tooling and processes. Collaborate closely with customers, sales, clinical operations, compliance, customer success, and engineering teams.
