Lead customer deployments for a mortgage technology platform, embedding with strategic clients to understand workflows, design integrations, write production code, and drive implementations from scoping through launch. Partner with executives, engineers, product, sales, and account management to deliver measurable adoption and efficiency gains. Convert customer insights into core product improvements, build reusable deployment tools, advise customers on modernization, and help grow the forward-deployed team.

Own the strategy, roadmap, domain model, GraphQL schema, and developer experience for Pylon’s mortgage API platform. Lead API design standards, versioning, compliance, reliability, authentication, and observability while partnering with engineering, agent platform, sales, and customers. Build and ship production code, improve onboarding and API adoption, support integrations, and define scalable mortgage entities and workflows. The role requires deep API and GraphQL expertise, domain modeling, developer platform experience, and comfort working in regulated fintech.

Design and build polished mortgage product experiences directly in production code, including borrower applications, dashboards, loan officer tools, embedded components, and a scalable design system. Translate complex workflows into accessible, responsive interfaces, prototype with real data, iterate with users, and collaborate with product and engineering teams. The role requires strong visual and interaction design judgment, frontend fluency, accessibility expertise, and experience using AI coding tools.
