Lead FP&A for a global maritime technology group: own budgeting, rolling forecasts, performance monitoring, variance analysis, KPI reporting, financial modelling, and FP&A process improvements while partnering with Accounting, Commercial, and Operations to support senior management decision-making.

Lead and manage the accounting function to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with Greek GAAP and IFRS, tax filings, month-end and year-end close, consolidations, internal controls, ERP/process improvements, and liaison with auditors, tax advisors and regulators. Supervise and develop the accounting team.

The Executive Assistant will coordinate calendars, handle communications, manage travel, and provide administrative support to C-level executives while ensuring high professionalism and attention to detail.
