Own the full product lifecycle for Conversational Intelligence and Knowledgebase products, from discovery through delivery and iteration. Set strategy, prioritize competing needs, define success metrics, conduct customer research, and guide development teams. Balance live-customer support with platform evolution, including AI-grounded knowledge and unified product experiences. Collaborate across engineering, design, sales, support, customer success, and marketing while communicating trade-offs to stakeholders. The role requires modern product practice, customer focus, multi-product ownership, and active use of AI tools.

Own end-to-end customer implementation projects for UK and Dutch customers from kickoff through go-live and hypercare. Manage customers, partners, internal stakeholders, project plans, RAID logs, risks, scope, budgets, timelines, UAT, and handovers. Coordinate cross-functional and third-party resources within the company’s PMO framework, communicate fluently in Dutch and English, and contribute to continuous improvement of Professional Services processes.

Sell Puzzel's cloud contact-centre SaaS to Dutch SMEs (30+ seats). Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, run demos, own portfolio P&L, use Salesforce/Outreach, self-generate pipeline, and target verticals like finance, utilities and telecom.
