Seeking an Automation Specialist to integrate ATS with GoHighLevel via Zapier, implementing an automated recruiting infrastructure with multi-channel workflows and AI screening tools.

As a Business Development Representative, you'll generate leads through cold calling, qualify clients, and collaborate with the sales team while participating in training.

Create high-volume graphic, video, recruiting, employer-brand, and internal marketing content. Design ads, leaderboards, recognition graphics, and marketing assets; edit interviews and training videos into short clips; support job listings, forms, email templates, interview kits, and recruiting channels. The role requires excellent C2-level English, strong design and video-editing skills, fast execution, organization, and the ability to manage shifting priorities remotely.
