Lead venue operations for a tech-enabled, high-volume food & beverage and entertainment location. Oversee daily systems (POS, scheduling, inventory), staff hiring, training and scheduling, guest experience, safety/compliance, financial targets, and vendor relationships while supporting the Director of Operations.

Oversee daily operations of a high-volume full-service restaurant/entertainment venue, manage and develop hourly staff, ensure guest experience and safety, operate POS and scheduling systems, control expenses, coordinate front- and back-of-house, and support hiring, training, and compliance.

Oversee high-volume venue operations (service, bar, reception, game/tech), lead and develop hourly teams, manage schedules and controllable expenses, ensure exceptional guest experience, maintain safety and food compliance, and operate POS and scheduling systems.
