Leads all operations for a high-volume Puttshack venue, including food and beverage, entertainment technology, events, guest experience, staffing, safety, compliance, purchasing, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance. The role hires and develops large teams, manages venue systems and inventory, drives revenue and cost control, ensures regulatory compliance, and champions operational excellence and the company brand.

The Hospitality Manager oversees high-volume venue operations across service, bar, reception, game, and technology areas. Responsibilities include leading shifts, managing and developing hourly staff, creating schedules, controlling expenses, coordinating kitchen and front-of-house operations, resolving guest issues, and maintaining safety, compliance, and food-service standards. The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, strong restaurant operations knowledge, and the ability to coach teams toward business objectives.

Leads day-to-day operations for a high-volume entertainment venue, overseeing food and beverage, technology, inventory, scheduling, compliance, financial performance, guest experience, and team development.
