Teams at Putnam Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

Supervise nursing unit activities and staff assignments in a skilled nursing facility. Provide resident assessments, medications, treatments, documentation, emergency response, and coordination with physicians, families, interdisciplinary teams, and service providers. Monitor patient conditions, communicate changes, maintain staffing and census records, and follow facility policies. The role requires compassionate geriatric care, strong communication, organization, flexibility, and a current New York RN license.
