The Advanced Data Analytics Lead will drive data-driven decision-making in the pharmaceutical sector, lead project teams, develop client relationships, and leverage data analytics and AI solutions to tackle complex business problems.

Lead workstreams to build and quality-check financial models, forecasts, and commercial assessments for pharmaceutical products. Conduct primary and secondary research, synthesize insights into client-ready deliverables, support client interactions, and collaborate with senior team members on strategic frameworks and methodologies.

Lead development and execution of HTA and market access strategies across Germany/EU, preparing HTA dossiers (AMNOG), advising on pricing and reimbursement, designing HEOR studies, managing projects end-to-end, engaging payers and regulators, and producing HTA documentation, reports, and publications. Client-facing role requiring German and English fluency.

Lead analytics workstreams for life sciences clients, design and execute commercial and real-world data analyses, build dashboards and visualizations, apply statistical and machine learning methods, and communicate insights to clients and stakeholders.

The Consultant will lead teams in strategic and analytical problem-solving, interacting with clients to develop actionable recommendations in the pharmaceutical market access space.

Lead design and delivery of systematic literature reviews and evidence syntheses: develop search strategies, manage screening, extraction, quality assessment, conduct meta-analyses, produce technical reports and client-ready deliverables, mentor junior analysts, and support client meetings and publications.
