Provides client support for payroll inquiries, prepares payment files, tests payroll inputs, assists with ROEs and T4s, and supports government remittance submissions. The role requires accounting knowledge, strong Excel and Word proficiency, effective communication, analytical problem-solving, and confidential information handling. This is a full-time, in-person position in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Research, prospect, and qualify leads across Canada and the US through outbound calls, email, and social media. Answer prospect questions, provide information to Account Executives, and meet productivity goals based on meetings held and pipeline generated. The role requires strong communication, listening, organization, self-motivation, relationship-building, and a willingness to learn. Prior SaaS sales experience is preferred but not required.
