Support plant quality and continuous improvement by analyzing quality data, leading root-cause problem solving (8D, A3, 5-Why), developing control plans and inspection methods, supporting incoming/in-process quality and MRB disposition, and aiding new product introductions (APQP/PFMEA). Drive KPI reporting and reduce scrap, rework, and warranty costs through corrective actions and cross-functional collaboration.

Manage integration of non-core products into manufacturing, align stakeholders, develop schedules, ensure compliance, and support lifecycle management.
