Manages employer-sponsored visa and work authorization programs across the United States and Canada while developing internal mobility processes for cross-border transfers, relocations, and temporary assignments. Coordinates immigration counsel, sponsors, agencies, and internal teams; maintains Workday records, compliance documentation, reporting, budgets, and timelines; and supports leaders and team members with practical mobility guidance. Requires expertise in J-1, H-2B, IMP, TFWP, and LMIA programs, with approximately 10–20% travel.
